I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with a possible investment scam and gone through UK Investment Fraud Resolution processes. Recently, I discovered inconsistencies in an investment platform I’ve been using, and communication from the company has nearly stopped.

I’m unsure whether to contact regulators, pursue legal action, or try alternative dispute channels. Has anyone successfully recovered funds or navigated the reporting system? What steps should I take first to protect myself and improve my chances of resolution?
