I’m new to modding and wanted to ask where’s the safest place to Download TXD Tool. I know the Official TXD Tool site is the best option, but I’ve seen multiple sites offering TXD Tool free. I want to ensure I get the full version with compression quality settings and multi-format texture support.

I also like that the simple controls interface is easy to use and that it’s compatible with VC and SA. Lastly, being able to preview alpha channels is a must. Would you recommend starting with TXD Tool PC or TXD Tool Android?
